Avoid water and conventional cleaning products. Always store your glasses in the included Dorelion case. Exclusively use the provided cloth to clean the lenses; never use clothing fabric. Place the glasses with the lenses facing upward to prevent scratches and avoid sliding them on rough or hard surfaces.
What is your return policy?
We have a flexible return policy designed for your peace of mind. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return any item in perfect condition, with its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in case of our error. Once your return is received and verified, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
